Re: What did you do today?
I've spent the afternoon on a 2 hour observed ride with a ROSPA tutor, on the whole he was very happy with the way I ride, said I would have been graded with 3, 4, & 5's, if on a graded ride. Not to bad, the last training I did apart fromBikesake in May, was learning to ride a bike back in 1980.

We have friends who run one of the huge catering lorries that were situated on the top of the hill, she and the crew spent a very worrying night wondering if the canopy and rig would stay upright. It was hellish windy yesterday!

Having previously done Tan Hill in England, Wanlockhead Head in Scotland, decided to do the Sportsmans Arms, the highest inn in Wales, 393 miles in the day.

Sent my passport back to the passport office. After a long chat with the office, they advised me to return it due to an error. English and French customs didn't notice. Date of birth 1764.

Changed the engine oil, filter, and final drive oil after the holiday. No doubt that it’s overkill, but put it down to my OCD

Re: What did you do today?
Full service is done. Took just over 2.5 hours. Valves needed no adjustment from last year. Should have done this service in March, so slap on the hand for me. Mileage for just over a year is 17,000 miles, a bit down on last year.
