2016 R1200RT LC Radio issue

I was going down the road and all of a sudden, my Satellite radio went to station 184 and started running that stupid ad. I am paid up and the Sirius folks cant seem to refresh my signal. I get the preview for the Sirius loud and clear but cant get any other channel. They told me today to bring it to the dealer. Anyone else had this happen ?
