2006 R1200RT side stand

Hi Guys. Greetings from north east Victoria, Australia. I picked up a very nice 72,000km RT for my wife yesterday and rode it 400kms home. It rides exactly as I expected and it's not a million miles away from my 2018 model BUT, I'm sure this question has been asked before ......... the side stand is a blood nightmare to reach! Does anyone make an aftermarket - item with an extension piece so it makes it possible to actually reach the stand without huffing, puffing and lots of swearing! I'm not the tallest bloke on the planet and although my missus is 5'9" with longer legs than mine, she's also struggling.
Also, side note — I sell a few motorcycle parts online. The market is a bit saturated, but hey, there’s still some profit to be made, so don’t be too surprised if you see me post a product here someday (hiiii
).
And speaking of online stuff — if any of you run a store or collect emails from customers, I’d really recommend using a proper email verification service to clean your list and avoid dead or spammy contacts. It can really improve your email performance.
Take a look at tools like CaptainVerify — it’s worth it if you’re doing any kind of outreach or email follow-ups.
Many thanks.
