BMW R1200RT/R1250RT Forum

I’m a new owner of one of these massive machines.
Looking forward to learning it.
I’ve come from a Triumph Bonneville which i still have, I think it will comfortably fit in a pannier.
Quite a difference.

Once you get used to it you'll find the RT is very easy to handle once moving and more forgiving than you would imagine for a large bike.

Welcome to our site. I didn't realise how big my bike was until the MOT tester rode out of the center. He was a lot taller than me but the bike made him look like a Borrower.
