New - 2012 - BMW R1200 RT-p - Austin-TX

Greetings to all,
I have been riding motorcycles for many years in Brazil. Currently, I am spending some time at my daughter's house in Austin, Texas, and I came across a BMW R1200 RTP at an auction, which was available at a great price. I thought about using it during my stay and then selling it before I leave. However, the motorcycle won't start, likely due to issues stemming from the removal of specialized police equipment. As I struggle with English, I have not been able to find a mechanic in the city to assist me. My initial joy and excitement have turned into disappointment and regret.
Does anyone know of a mechanic who can help me address this issue here in Austin, TX? If I cannot get it fixed, I might have to sell it without ever having ridden it.
