BMW R1200RT/R1250RT Forum

My 2018 RT has central locking and is keyless. Everything is locking OK except the top box. The box has power to the extra brake light and the internal light works fine. Tried locking with the key and the handlebar mounted lock button. Physically using the key blade does lock the box however.

Any advice would be great.

In my issues with eletrônics WD40 or contact cleaner does the job.
I’d try that even the handlebar central lock.
