Anyone got any experience of the Heed engine bars?

Read they are "as good as Wunderlich at a fraction of the price".

Had them on my bike, low speed drop and saved everything(panniers, tank, bars)the bike was unscathed and only paint chips on the Heed bars which I sorted when I got home. 110% recommended from me :thumb: (I had front and back)

Brill, thank you. Never ideal if the bike goes over but when something like these saves it at least you can be happy with the purchase. Great recommendation, thank you.

I've just looked on the Heed site and considering front and rears for my 1250 RT.

Are they easy to fit? Bearing in mind my technical nous extends little further than changing a light bulb am I going to be taking on a big job?

Pretty straight forward, nothing to worry about.Allow yaself a couple of hours, decent socket set and spanners.Pour yaself a cup of splosh and away you go :thumb:
Sure you'll find a "how to" somewhere or ask away on here if you need to,for ant assistance.

Put ya location on the right, you may get someone near that can help.

Thanks for that. I'm about 15 miles north of Peterborough and do indeed have a decent set of tools. It's the tool between my ears that isn't always reliable!
