Helmet speaker volume adjustment

Post by MattyP »

Hi all.

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the speaker volume in my helmet headset please? When my helmet pairs up with the TFT the helmet icon appears at the bottom of the screen which seems to default the volume (understandably) to about the half-way position on the 'volume squares scale' that initially appears. However, I don't know how to change this! I looked in the manual and it says the volume is changed through the 'Media' menu but actually I have been through every option on the TFT menu including Media / Navigation / Telephone but no option appears to allow me to change the volume. I am running software version 014_013_030 (which was installed by the dealership about 12-18 months ago) on my 1250RT LE (2022).

All help and advice greatly appreciated.

Have you tried using the headset to turn it up?

It requires the headset to be compatible with that feature to work. My Sena 20s does not work with the volume control on my RT, but my Schuberth unit which is a variant of the Sena 50 does work on my GSA.
