Air Flow

As the temperature rises I am finding it extremely hot as there is very little air flow reaching my body on a 2024 RT. Does a smaller windshield help flow or is the large fairing the problem. I see on the 2026 RT 1300 that have made adjustable wings to help this problem. I wonder how well they will work? Any suggestions? Thanks

I think it's mostly the fairing that causes overheating. My wife's bike is unfaired, if I wear my airflow suit on her bike I remain quite cool up to around 28 degrees whereas on the RT from 20 degrees upward it feels very warm, at 30 quite stifling.
The other side of the coin is that the RT is so much cosier in cold weather. And especially in rain.

I made this up several years ago from some scrap aluminum in my shop. It works up to about 95 degrees. It fits between the windshield and its bracket using the existing holes. It directs the air coming from under the windshield to my body. It provides sufficient air to make my mesh gear work.
Or, you could just remove the windshield and go semi naked
