BMW R1200RT/R1250RT Forum

Hi Guys I bought my brand new RT in November just did a 4k km trip to the balkans and it was great loved it. I have today however made a silly mistake. I rolled the bike back and there was a pillar in the way which I did not see and clipped the right hand side indicator snap! Its broken. For now I have put clear tape on it however there are 2 screws on the bottom and one on top which I think is not easy to get out but do I need to remove these 3 in order to remove the unit? Also can I buy the glass cover seperate or is the whole unit what I need PArt number 63218541629. Felt sick when I heard a crack !
Any Advise appreciated I know im looking at a few hundred euros here in Germany!
