Clock / Trip resetting

Hi 2010 1200rt , I've got no clock on the dash , and everytime I turn the ignition off both trips reset to zero , any ideas much appreciated

Probably need a GS-911 to find out what's up. If it's like my 07 with the 2 black bobble switches. They only touch a small contact on the board, maybe the plunger of the buttons has got stuck. This explains why your trip meter is zeroing each time. Only a guess
Trust me I am a retired Doctor and lecturer at Oxford University of Structural and Mechanical/Electrical engineering.

I'll have to have a look , someone mentioned a zfe control module fault 🤔
