Hi from Woodstock GA. Are you still looking? I have a 2012 RT K26 I'm thinking about selling. I know it's a ways away from you, but post a reply if you're interested and I'll give you details and history. Haven't comitted to selling yet, but am thinking I might to the right home.

I have a 2015 R1200RT, roughly 67k miles. All servicing accomplished by BMW dealers with all documentation of servicing records and purchased accessories.
Has VStream windshield (installed), stock windshield, bar risers, Corbin Seat (not installed), Givi trunk with Givi mount, engine and pannier guards.
Driveshaft jut recently replaced.
Live near Tulsa, Oklahoma.
