BMW R1200RT/R1250RT Forum

Hello all,

New to BMWs. Have a 2011 R1200RT. I have found three connectors dangling under the right side of the steering head. I believe the small one on the left is aux power. Trying to find out what the other two are for. One is wrapped in electrical tape. Thanks Much.

Looking back at this topic, viewtopic.php?t=1965&hilit=headstock&start=30 AFAIK, the one wrapped in electrical tape is aux power.

The other two may be for an RT with an audio system.

Thanks for the response. I was concerned it was tire pressure sensor related as that is not working.
