Where do the screws go?

So i bought a 2018 R1200R as an insurance write-off, but most of the plastic panels had been removed, with screws in a bag.
Looks like there are 3 types of screws, 2 with a collar (different lengths) and a lot with no collar. Does anyone have a diagram of what screws go where?

Thanks for the diagrams, but my bike has different panels. It's a R1200R, not RT.

That's not dismissive at all. It's very helpful. Thank you. The R1200 models have their own differences, but I'm sure we can all agree they are a joy to ride
