Klim Latitude pants

I have the Klim Latitude goretex suit. I like the suit but the armour in the knees seems to be out of position when I'm on my bike. I have only one choice in placing the armour in the pants. When I'm riding the knee armour is above my knees and I can't figure out how to get it to cover the knees. When I stand up, it's fine. When riding, not fine.
The newest version of these pants have a couple of adjustments for positioning the armour, but this means buying a new pair of pants at a new high price.
Any recommendations on other brands of laminated goretex pants that I might get to solve my problem? By the way, I'm 6ft 3 inches tall with a 32 inch inseam.
Any suggestions welcome.

The guy that owns my local 'dry cleaner' is also a professional tailor and when I lost a lot of weight he altered some nearly new garments of mine, including a Richa Atlantic GoreTex laminated suit. No, it wasn't cheap, but it was a lot cheaper than buying a new set waterproofs and he did such a good job no one would know. For someone like him, and when I say he's tailor, he's the type that by the time you've walked from the door to the counter he's eyed you up and knows what size & shape you are by just looking at you. To him putting in a new pocket for the armour would be a doddle.

Unfortunately for you that tailor in rural England, but I'm sure you could find someone locally who could fit a new or mover the current pocket.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll look into this. Maybe a local motorcycle store can give me a lead.
