Best electrical accessory hub?

Got any questions about the BMW's R1200RT/R1250RT's onboard audio, Bluetooth or the Electrical system?

Best electrical accessory hub?

Post by jimboRT1964 »

Hi there, I'm starting to have a few electrical accessories (2 heated vests, a trickle charger plug and a Vantrue F1 dash cam) and I was wondering if I should put an accessory hub instead of plugging everything to the battery. And if yes, what's the best hub for the 2021 R1250RT? Thanks!

Not saying it’s the best, but it’s what I have had fitted for many years without any issues.

That's the one that I've used on my last three bikes. Good bit of kit.

I've got a Rowe PDM60 in my 'I'll keep that, it'll be useful again one day box' I could be pursuaded to sell if you want it but postage to Canada could be a bit pricy. If you can find a second hand one locally they're good bit of kit.

I installed the Fuzeblocks FZ-1 under the passenger seat of my 2016 R1200RT. It works great and has both “switched” & “unswitched” power capabilities. https://www.fuzeblocks.com/

The Healtech one is good.

I can offer a good deal on a new, unused one (I bought 2 by accident!)
