Black Friday 2025

Post by David. »

Black Friday is "officially" 28th November 2025. What are you going to buy which you do or don't need just because it's cheap.

I'm keeping an eye on Rukka Kalix 3.0 jacket & trousers.

Currently, Custom Lids at Gateshead have offered 11.5% discount and SportsBikeShop (Leeds) 10.0%.

Hopefully, come Black Friday, 20% discount might be available.

Black Friday can be a con. You have to research really hard to find a bargain. I researched so hard, i didn't buy anything
Trust me I am a retired Doctor and lecturer at Oxford University of Structural and Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
May the shaft be with you

I got a Frank Thomas Quest laminate jacket and pants, now don’t look down your noses, like I did at FT stuff 😀
But I wanted a suit to replace my Alpinestars Andes I’ve had for years.
I have a BMW streetguard suit that still does a tremendous job, but wanted something lighter for everyday use

£250 for the Jacket - £219 for the pants = £391 on the day !

The Rukka Kalix 3.0 jacket is £700 + trousers £600 + back protector £90 = £1,390, on the day £1,110, that is £280 discount off the RRP.

If I hadn't waited until Black Friday or initially asked for a discount (10%), I would have paid £1,390.
