The Good, The Bad and The Ugly - Brake Pads

Not an any recommendations questions as such as there are a plenty of reputable brake pad manufacturers out there that will supply suitable, quality pads that no doubt will work well, but rather an any to avoid like the plague / don't touch with a barge pole / tried them, they're rubbish avoidances out there question?
