Fairing Tab Repair?

I just had the 2 plastic tabs on my right front side fairing pannel break. Other than buying a new pannel I am looking for a good secure fix for repairing the tabs. YouTube has several. Some don't look too strong. Anyone have a method that worked for you?

Do not rely on the double sided pads that come with them, mine melted in Spain and I had to bodge them to get home.Reinforce them like I did, they held on great after
You can make them yourself and save the money, but your not going to have to pay the price i did.
Hope it helps.

Thanks, I like the Clearwaterlights concept, I may buy one and try fabricating the other.

I used the Clearwater lights repair kit to fix mine and just found the double stick foam tape had come unstuck from the panel. I will remove and go back and "bodge" them with epoxy and fiberglass tape to reinforce them. I definitely like the way the panel goes back to looking normal and keeping the on/off process the same.

I recently used this JB WELD PLASTICWELD on my Triumph fairing. You cut off a slice of putty and mix it with the integrated hardener. I formed a small doughtnut around a fibre washer to strengthen the repair.
You have about 15 mins to work with it before it starts to harden. After 24 hours, it's rock hard.

Nice work. That JB is good stuff, albeit it STINKS when you mix it.
