Cheers!

I have these old Daytona Road Star GTX boots which are OK to use when I'm using the Rukka suit which goes on top of the boot.

I recently bought a leather suit which should go inside the boots. Unfortunately boot zippers will not close as it is too tight fit. I have released everything extra there was on the boot velcros but that is not enough.

Any suggestions for touring boots for large calves?

You can have the Daytona boots with the calf size made to measure, this will of course increase the rather high price of the boots as standard.
Personally, I think my 26 year old Daytona Road Star GTX’s were worth every penny.

My Daytonas are way over 20 years old and still in good shape - a good investment back then.

Generally your boots need to fit to your leg and not have a trouser inside. This close fit reduces the risk of the boot being pulled off in a collision.
