DWA........ DiebstahlWarnAnlage = Theft Warning Device.

Got this fault but no fault code. I think it may be the alarm batteries but thought they should last longer than the 2.5 years of the bike. Any one change theirs and how long did they last.

But

Not got the DWA battery low warning on the dash.

Or

It could be that the alarm has been triggered?

Took batteries out and both are 3.4v so unlikely them. Will change them anyway.

Put new Duracell in that measured 3.2v and no fault count. Must have been something to do with higher voltage of original batteries......... or something?
