Thanks for the info.
I had to purchase a new engine mount bolt as I'd damaged the threads.
Once I did the install from the right hand side of the bike..it worked.
Strange how one side seems misaligned to the other.

Hello Guys.
I've just bought a used BMW Top Box that doesn't have the Brake Light. There are a number of these light kits on Ebay.
Can anyone here recommend one that they have used ?

Hello Guys,
Have just bought these for my 2020 R1250RT.
For the top engine bolt .. I have tried inserting from the left hand side (as you are on the bike) and the cylinder head casing doesn't allow a perpendicular feed into the engine mount hole so cannot be inserted.
Haven't tried yet on the RH ...

but I would prefer a cleaner look and just need a backrest for the missus to rest against.
