That video was the bomb! Those plungers are definitely the issue and knowing I can just remove them save me TONS of stress.

I wish we were closer as well, anyone who hops in and provides that much help on an Intro post is definitely my people.

WOW! This video is EXACTLY what I was needing. Took my left pannier off and won't go back on. Disassembled, cleaned, and greased it functioned perfectly. I used the Clearwater lights repair kit to fix mine and just found the double stick foam tape had come unstuck from the panel. I will remove and go back and "bodge" them with epoxy and fiberglass tape to reinforce them. I definitely like the way the panel goes back to looking normal and keeping the ...
