Hello everyone...my name is Eduardo Silva, from Brasília, Brazil.
My bike is a 2020 BMW R1250RT Premium Alpine White.
Last april 2025, I trade my 7 months old 2024 R1250 GS Adventure Rallye for a 2020 R1250 RT and I couldn’t be feeling happier.
Before my 2024 GSA, I also had a 2021 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited for 3 good years, but it became too much heavy for me.
As for now, I probably don’t intend to trade my 2020 RT for the 2021-2024 R1250 RT, with its new TFT panel, ACC, etc. nor the brand new and, in my humble opinion, disfigured 2025/2026 R1300 RT.
I installed a Chigee AIO-5 for BMW in the original GPS cradle to have Apple CarPlay with a lot of useful apps, and access all the technical information directly from the bike!
I’m super satisfied with my new to me 2020 RT and its classic gauges and clocks dashboard!
I’m 64 years old and I feel that’ the RT is an easier and fun bike to ride.
