Loss of daylight running lights and fog lights

Hi all I’ve just noticed my daylight running lights aren’t working also the fog lights aren’t working.
Could this be a fuse issue?

No fuses on the BMW.
Trust me I am a retired Doctor and lecturer at Oxford University of Structural and Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
