My Phone just loaded an update to Connected. We'll see if that fixes the issue. It says it contains stability improvements and bug fixes. If yours doesn't push them automatically, I'd check for updates.

Thanks for letting me know. Pity it doesn't sort the problem though. I'm really frustrated by this as having spent £'000s on a new bike I expect the nav to work perfectly. I do not see why I should have to buy and fit a second nav to compensate for BMW's inability to get this fixed.
