Nippy Norman's: Good Service

Post by Mart UK »

I have no connection to Nippy Norman's, other than being a customer.

I test rode an RT before buying. It had lots of scuff marks on the pannier lids. So when i took delivery of my new RT, I ordered the paint protection film for my panniers from Nippy Norman's. It arrived during the recent cold snap. I heated the panniers and the film with a hair dryer. I think it was still too cold and I creased and ruined the top sheets of film, trying to get them to stretch to the curve of the top pannier panels.

Nippy Norman's contacted me for a review of the product. I said well packed, quick delivery, looks good quality, but outlined my problem, which I acknowledged was my fault.

I was contacted by Norman to say sorry I had a problem and a replacement has been posted out to me. Very impressed. Thought I would share my positive experience.
