Re: UK Annual Meet 2025
12 is a good turn out, same as Peterborough in 2020 and 1 less than Monmouth in 2021.

Re: UK Annual Meet 2025
I'll probably join in for the day rides.
I live only about 36 miles/45 minutes away, so I'll not stay overnight, but will meet up at the ride start point

Re: UK Annual Meet 2025
I wanted to ask if it's permitted to invite non-RT riders to the meet? I have 2 regular ride-out colleagues, one rides an R1250 GS (Bless Him) and the other rides a Moto Guzzi. Not sure if they would make the long journey south but wanted to ask the forum prior to asking my colleagues.
No problem if it's an RT dedicated event

Re: UK Annual Meet 2025
Your fine to ask none RT riders.
There will be a a couple of GS riders there anyway and I Normally turn up on an XR but this year I'll be on my RT.
It will give company on the ride down and back

Unfortunately I have to pull out of the trip. I was diagnosed with epilepsy yesterday, quite a surprise, and now I have to surrender m licence to DVLA.Sullivj wrote: Wed Nov 20, 2024 7:57 pm Tim, myself and Orca The RT have booked to stay here on Thursday 29th May.

If anyone else would like to join us, you’re welcome. Rooms are £66.50 per night at the moment.
We may go straight to Thirsk on Friday, or divert to meet Dave C en route. We’ll decide nearer the time.
I've cancelled.my room.in Thirsk but Chesterfield is non refundable. If anyone else is travelling from the south and wants my room it's yours for £50 and I'll change the booking name.

Really sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis and I hope modern medicine can help as rapidly as possible.Orca the RT wrote: Fri Jan 17, 2025 7:53 am Unfortunately I have to pull out of the trip.
