Preload settings with respect to rider weight

Post by Sporall »

As per title, is there any data available to indicate what weight range is catered for by each of three presets?
On my new to me RT, a 2017, I've covered about 2k miles or so and have noticed the early stages of cupping on the rear tyre. Pressures have been maintained carefully at 36/42 so I'm confident it's not that. I suspect my weight is not well matched to the solo rider setting. A brief ride with it set to solo plus luggage felt OK.

I've looked in the handbook and couldn't find anything on this.

Cheers.

Interesting, that supports the notion that solo isn't going to be ideal for me. Haven't looked at the video links in the thread yet, but will do. 👍
