This is the first bike where i get very good mileage from the rear tyre.
On all my other bikes i've got 2 rear to 1 front "just" in less than 5k miles.
So what should i do, change the pair or just the rear and leave the front.
I just changed the pair on my Varadero at 3.5k miles (2 up all the time).
The front went flat in the middle because of riding upright so much the last 2 winters.
The Road 6 GT is £130 so not that much, and i fit them myself.
How many miles are others getting from the front tyre ?

Re: Single or Pairs
I usually change my as a pair between 6 & 8 K depending on riding. As I am not sing the bike to commute anymore it is nearer the 8K but my style of riding is not too hard on the rear.

Re: Single or Pairs
Thanks guy.
I will change them as a pair, but keep the old front as a back-up.
