Good find..and Ouch!! And it will need splicing.
I had a BMW K100 back in 1990. The final drive broke up. It was a between years one made of unobtanium.
I'm getting flashbacks!!!

Just for near completeness.
£175 for the right sensor and I would still have to chop the end off and swap connectors.
or £160 to get the seal done, £350 if every bearing is shot.
I've sent the Gen1 bevel box back to the ebay chap (James Sherlock, can't recommend highly enough). and mine is off to Darlington for a rebuild.
Sun is out, I'm stuck with the car.
