Re: Which fuel
I actually filled from reserve to full with Tesco’s posh Momentum super unleaded today, I have to admit it did make the bike feel a bit more lively… or maybe it went better because my wallet was quite a lot lighter?

Re: Which fuel
My local Tescos is currently:- Unleaded £1.279 vs Super Unleaded £1.359. That makes the posh stuff near enough 6.4% more expensive.
So, does anyone who's measured it get a 6.4% or better increase in MPG?

Re: Which fuel
Having done a measured test between Tesco Momentum and BP Ultimate, BP returned 7.8% better mpg than Tesco.
IMO, the likes of Shell V-Power and BP Ultimate give better mpg than supermarket fuels.
BMW recommends BP fuels.

Re: Which fuel
The comparison between Tesco & BP (both E5) fuel over the same 100 miles with the cruise control set at 70 MPH.
Returned 59.9 MPG & 64.6 MPG respectively, using the physical full to full method.
