Oil sight glass?

I've a new to me 2011 r1200rt and for the life of me cannot find the oil level sight glass. Looks like it might have a sensor, but no sight glass?

It's probably the metal behind the glass peephole that's stained. Mine is terrible. You can replace the glass and seal. It can be a bugger to do.
Trust me I am a retired Doctor and lecturer at Oxford University of Structural and Mechanical/Electrical engineering.

Thanks, found it. I had been told it was on the right side and was looking there.
