About four months ago my 2014 1200 LC intermittently failed to start and would reset the computer, additionally I would experience, what could be described as fuel starvation issues whilst riding. After lots of head scratching and failed remedy testing I bit the bullet and bought a GS911 WiFi, what a godsend. It identified two unrelated issues which combined described the exact issues I was having, all had quick and cheap fixes.
1. Starting issues - camshaft position sensor - £50 parts, 15 minutes to replace, experience level minimal.
2. Fuel starvation symptoms - exhaust valve seizure - £68 (Healtech Exhaust Valve Servo Eliminator), 10 minutes to fit, experience level minimal. I did remove the exhaust and serviced the servo to release it but after reading multiple accounts of reoccuring issues following initial seizure I opted for the Healtech ESE option.
How to videos for the above are all on YouTube (albeit, for the GS).
The GS911 was expensive at £320 but is now part of my Beemer tool kit (investment), the combined cost of £438 is still way cheaper than what I would have paid at the dealer to diagnose and repair.
The bike now has zero faults, happy days.

I always say with any issues with modern bikes and cars the first thing to do is plug it in and have the codes read as it can point you straight to the issue
