My front tire pressure monitoring system is malfunctioning most of the time on my 2016 R1200rt.
What's involved in replacing it? Hoping to do it myself.

Re: tire pressure monitor
New sensor maybe a new bolt depending on the sensor you buy as the newer style are different
Tyre off and remove bolt holding sensor, Bolt new one on
Fit tyre
Sometimes they automatically code themselves in after riding for a bit but the only real way to be sure is to have it coded in with a GS-911 or motoscan or something like that.
Many people have successfully replaced the batteries in them I looked in to it but just bought new sensors
