My wife encountered a pot hole a week or two ago, and her front wheel is in rough shape. Its out of round, bent lips on both sides, not repairable according to the local wheel repair shop (reputable).
If anyone knows the where-abouts of a front wheel (common across 2005-2014 RTs, RS, K1300), please let me know!
Thanks!

Re: 2010 RT - in search of a replacement front wheel...
I want to bump this thread. I have had my front wheel repaired twice and I am increasingly dubious about it. A new one is $1700+ here in the US...it seems to me that there must be a better price in Europe where there are more RT's. Does anyone have a link to a European (or maybe UK or non EU) shop they have used?

thanks, but they're all listed as "used". Seems to me there's a high probablity that a random, used wheel is as bad (or worse) than mine.

Re: 2010 RT - in search of a replacement front wheel...
there you go, thanks! €970 = $1077...I guess I should just spring for a new one. (hmm...better check on shipping)
I probably should replace the front bearings, seals and the bolts holding the brake rotors at the same time. One other little question, don't the front bearings usually come as pairs? Are the seals different? They are listed with different part numbers. Seems like they should be symmetrical, but they're listed as separate parts.
The bearings are BMW-36318548335.
