Mirror glass removal

i need to remove the mirror glass on my 2015 RT, for the life of me I can’t find my Haynes manual.
Anyone know how it comes off ?

I thought it showed how it was secured and may have helped.

Thanks Beagle, but the LC is mounted differently to the previous model
