Bulbs
Do Cambus error-free LED bulbs really work in our bikes?. I thinking of changing my stop, tail, and indicator bulbs. Am thinking of the change as they look brighter in the day light.

Not Stop/Tail light bulbs, but I can't see it being different. I've changed the small side light bulbs in the headlight for Canbus compatible LED bulbs, it comes up on the dash that there's a forward facing bulb out/blown during the usual computer check sequence but once the bike starts it goes out and doesn't come back on. It does register in the ECU though when checking for fault codes with the GS9-11.
The GS 'is' the better bike :-)

Re: Bulbs
I know this may seem off topic but...
When I changed all the bulbs on my Honda ST1300 for LEDs (except the headlights), I had to fit red LEDs for the tail and brake light and amber on the indicators because the new LED bulbs were such a bright and powerful light source that it overpowered the colouring on the lens and would virtually show a white light if non-coloured bulbs were fitted.
I agree completely with David, ADB were very helpful when I was researching the idea.
