The landline and Broadband stopped working at 12:30 today. Reported a fault with Plusnet @ 12:40. Was told an engineer would visit on Friday.
15:15 Openreach knocked on my door. 16:00 all fixed. How's that for service? Shame other companies can't provide the same service.
