Hi All, I recently purchased a Schuberth C5 helmet and the built in Sena SC2 comms system. Took a bit of swearing but I managed to get the helmet to talk to the BMW TFT system and it even controls the whole thing via the wonder wheel. For a wonder.
My Pillion Princess still has a BMW system 7 helmet with the comms system and for the life in me I cannot get the new helmet to pair with her set.
Any and all advice accepted - just worried that connecting to her will cause the TFT connection to drop out.
Thanks in advance
New helmet, TFT and pillion set up

I`m intersted in this topic too.
My 10 years long BMW system 6 comm is asking for another one and I am on the fence wich way to go.
My wife's helmet and BMW comm is still perfect.
tks

Re: New helmet, TFT and pillion set up
Have you tried pairing the BMW helmet to the pillion setting on the bike?
Also is the BMW system a Cardo unit? If it is you're not going to be able to link it to the Sena unit as they are not compatible. Having said that I have heard that it can be done but you need to be seriously geeky and have advanced degrees in electronic trickery to have a chance.
