Update keep crashing

I am trying to do the new map update for my Nav V.
I have tried doing to to the sat nav unit and it crashes
I have tried doing to my PC, but again it crashes around the 15% mark.
Any thoughts on what the problem could be.
When i did the last update it worked and did it no problem.

Is there multiple updates to be done? If so do one at a time then unplug it restart it and then the next

No options to split download, just one 10.40 GB file.

I have had issues with garmin express like this and a full restart usually works for me

Did that a full pc restart, and now it wont download at all.

I notice in your screenshot that the nac isn't connected! You have got it connected via a USB haven't you?

If so then try a different lead

just had a mare doing mine kept crashing. in the end deleated old map in basecamp and installed just to computer. went back to basecamp and to maps where it gave me option to install to nav. Interestingly it said it had done it but wasnt showing 2025 in maps so back to express and this time it dowloaded to device. checked in basecamp and now showiung 2025 and looking good. unpluged and all looks good. took most of afternoon with failed attempts and very slow to download.
