An Oxford quilted / fleecy / windproof Gilet thingy. Looks as though it should be a useful bit of kit as a warm mid layer.

Carpuride 502b. Spent over an hour this evening trying to Connect everything to make it work. Eventually gave up and read the instructions. All good now, and I missed Call the Midwife as a bonus.

Among other things, Santa brought me this knee pad: https://www.amazon.com/Gorilla-Grip-Thi ... T1zcF9hdGY

I did not realizer how much I would like it! Much better than using a normal workshop mat.

Loads of French cheese from the brothering law. As we never know what to buy each other,we both get IOU. With my money I bought some tools that I've found out that I needed and the wife bought loads of new clothes. Over 35 years of marriage it gets harder and harder to work out what to buy each other. So picking our own means we never get soap on a rope of socks each year.. I did buy her a router one year. She wasn't too pleased but I was happy. That's where the IOU's came into play.
Trust me I am a retired Doctor and lecturer at Oxford University of Structural and Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
May the shaft be with you
