2019 r1250rt se gear pedal adustment
hi,recently fitted foot peg lowering kit to my rt,tried to adjust to lower the gear change pedal down to suit new peg hieght,followed instruction off u tube videos ,but it left it that i couldnt even get into 1st proporly and n /2nd terrible ,had to adjust it back up again,any tips tricks out there ,thanks sean

Silly question, do you have a side stand enlarger fitted?
If so then the gear lever could be fouling on that…. It did with mine.

There's not more that can foul the selector. When you go for 1st then 2nd,what exactly is happening.

hi when i adust the bolt to move pedal down it seems to knock out the lower gear change wont go into 1st difficulty fnding neutral and getting into 2
above that no problem,when i adjust it back up again no issue

As Steve said earlier.When you checked the side stand was the bike on its centre stand and the gear selector moved freely.If it did then remove the enlarger and take the bike for a spin.If that's what you've already done then it's a bit of a mystery I'm afraid.

Saying that,when it happened to me,I got 1'st then went up the box.Wouldn't come back down was my issue.When at home on centre stand(engine off)the gear selector worked perfectly.
