I have just brought and fitted a Motobatt Hybrid battery to my RT as i was not happy with the missed starts i was getting from the Yauas battery which was new when i got the bike in Dec 23. So a little update about these GLK landing gear.
I did a little bit of checking about them.
The Company GLK have stopped making them for the 2014> R1200RT & R12550RT.
The reason was they had some problems with where they were mounted no being strong enough.

Over the weekend one of my friends told me about these things call "landing Gear" for bikes.
There stabilisers that come down when you stop to help support the bike.

I have been in touch with Casarva in Peterborough.
I told them what i wanted and asked a build time and price.
Its about a month build time and the price is i better start saving now.

I found myself hooked on the Deagostini 1/4th size 1999 Hayabusa model.
I brought one, then another and so on. I now have 4 of them.
When the Hayabusa came out in the uk in 1999 it came in 3 colours.
